長距離的恢復測驗目的:
1) 球門區衝出來速度的爆發力
2) 左右滑行到球門區的兩側
3) 站姿和蝴蝶跪勢之間的轉換速度
4) 範圍內身體的控制和移動的速度
長距離的測驗從左側到右側, 守門員以站姿預備, 以左腳冰鞋輕觸左球門柱(防護不需完全覆蓋球柱), 教練(評判員)示意開始, 即開始測驗。
測驗開始後, 守門員向前滑碰觸繩子後維持防守姿勢, 再面朝前以蝴蝶跪姿向右滑過球門區前方碰觸球門右邊的繩子. 從右側到左側依照同樣方法,但從右球門開始。
正式測試前有三次練習的機會。
The purpose of the Long Recovery test is to evaluate:
1) explosive speed out of the net
2) lateral movement across the crease in both directions
3) positional transition speed between upright and butterfly
4) movement speed and body control over a distance
In the Long Recovery Left to Right, the goalie starts in standing position, with their left skate tight to the left post (the full pad does not have to cover the post tightly). The coach starts the test by verbal indication.
Upon the initiation of the test, the goalie skates forward touching a line by dropping to their pads, squares to face front and immediately butterfly pad slides to the right (across the front of the crease) to touch a line on the right side. The Right to Left version is completed in a mirror image of that described above.
Three attempts in each direction.
