30公尺前後衝刺是測試運動員的爆發力和速度,是用來確定在一個直線上運動員控球能力。
30公尺衝刺的測試如下:
1) 前溜衝刺和帶球前溜衝刺。
2) 後溜衝刺和帶球後溜衝刺。
球員於起跑線後待命,等前一位選手通過終點線完成測試。每個配置有一次機會。
The purpose of the 30m Sprint is to evaluate an athlete’s forward and backward acceleration and speed. In addition, the test is used to determine the athlete’s puck control competency in a linear direction.
The four 30m Sprint configurations are:
Forward Sprint and Forward Sprint with Puck
Backward Sprint and Backward Sprint with Puck
Athletes start behind the start gate and when ready sprint through the finish gate. For each configuration one attempt is given.
