5個大小的球門將以不等距的方式
擺在球員面前，每一個球門前都會站一位評判員，當選手被認定成功將球傳過球門，評判員會舉旗通過，這時選手才可以前往下一個球門測驗， 此測驗須完成5個球門的測試，才算通過(同時停止計時)。
Target gates of varying sizes and distances will be placed in front of the player. A judge will be standing at each of the gates. Players must pass a puck through each of the gates. When a pass is deemed successful, the judge will raise a flag allowing the player to move on to the next gate. The player will be timed to measure the length of time needed to successfully pass a puck through all of the five gates.
